Finding Your Perfect Diet Plan
Whatever your health and wellness goals, there’s a diet plan to suit you and Lifesum can help you find it. Their handy Diet Quiz makes it easy to pick a plan that works with your goals, likes, and dislikes. And if you don’t like the plan chosen for you then you can change it as many times as you like.

How to Change Your Diet Plan in Lifesum
If you want to try a new diet plan, then here’s how:
- Head to the Diets tab at the bottom of your screen.
- Here, you’ll find all the Lifesum diet plans.
- Simply select the plan you’re interested in trying, have a look at what it involves, and then select Choose Plan to lock it in.
- After selecting a new diet plan, your macros will change to suit the nutritional needs of the plan. You’ll also notice that the color scheme of your diary page has changed.
