Former 90 Day Fiancé cast member Juliana Custodio posts a photo of her body after losing 20 pounds since she gave birth to baby Benjamin on July 19.
After having a baby a week ago, 90 Day Fiancé star Juliana Custodio has already lost 20 pounds. 26-year-old Juliana was married to Michael Jessen and the former couple starred in 90 Day Fiancé season 7. Juliana and Michael, a divorcee with two kids, had a 20-year age difference between them on the show. Their storyline made Juliana look like a gold digger who was marrying an older man for a Green Card and money. But during their separation, Juliana revealed she was the one feeding Michael and his blended family during the pandemic. Instead of staying back in America, Juliana moved to German where she started dating her new boyfriend Ben Obscura.
A month after she separated from Michael, Juliana was pregnant with Ben’s baby. While Juliana gets occasional hate messages from fans who think she used Michael, she kept her admirers updated about her pregnancy. This included details of how much weight Juliana was gaining. Being a professional model, Juliana is required to be of a specific shape so she can fit in the clothes she’s asked to wear. Juliana revealed how her first trimester was particularly hard for her, as she felt super bloated. However, as Juliana started to feel her baby moving in the second trimester, all she could think of was what to eat to make her child healthy.
Juliana gave birth to baby boy Benjamin James Louis Custodio weighing 4.280kg without an epidural on July 19. By that time, Juliana had gained 36 pounds and promised to share her weight loss journey with those who are interested. Earlier today, she did an Instagram Q&A session during which a 90 Day Fiancé fan asked Juliana how she is feeling about her body after pregnancy. She posted a mirror selfie to reveal the way her body looks now. “Amazing,” Juliana wrote as an answer to the fan’s question. Juliana revealed she’s dropped “20 pounds so far.”
Juliana plans on dropping 20 more pounds. “No diet only breastfeeding,” Juliana added. She also explained to her fans that the reason behind her quick weight loss is that Juliana’s baby was heavy. Along with the weight loss, Juliana shared details of her healing journey. “I’m still healing, it’s a little painful,” she confessed. Juliana tried to imagine how hard the recovery would be for a mommy who’s had a C-section unlike her. Meanwhile, 90 Day Fiancé star Juliana shared that she’s planning to breastfeed little Benjamin until he’s at least two years old. She believes “water is definitely the key” to getting more milk and asked her followers to make sure they drink a lot of it.
Juliana is now looking forward to resuming work. She’s booked multiple modeling assignments since her move to Europe in late 2021. Becoming a mother was Juliana’s biggest dream and she’s living it now with Ben, who’s she plans to marry soon. Family has become everything for Juliana, despite fans who keep believing that she won’t take care of her baby just because she misses her work. Regardless, reality TV star Juliana’s fans know that she makes for an awesome mother, as they continue to cheer her on during her post-pregnancy journey as they did for her when the 90 Day Fiancé celeb was expecting.
