On Wednesday (August 10), Anshula Kapoor shared a video, informing her fans about what she eats in a day. She posted a mini vlog stating that she is often asked about the same during interactive sessions on Instagram.
The star kid believes in starting her day with on a healthy note by eating a breakfast that consists of one egg on amaranth bread toast and black coffee. Thinking what she eats for lunch? Well, Anshula ensures ragi roti is a part of her diet. She consumes it with home style chicken along with a dish made of cauliflower and pea.
Exercise and workouts are a must for achieving a fit body. Even Anshula strictly follows her routine and engages in a different workout sessions. For her post workout snack, she prefers an egg sandwich. Can you guess what she ate as she waited for her sandwich? She savoured a jaggery sesame laddoo. Yes, you read that right!

She also requested her followers to consult a nutritionist if they wanted to opt a diet for weight loss. She said, “Please consult a nutritionist if you are looking for help with your diet, every body is different & everyone’s needs are different. There is no one size fits all solution.”
